Suffer to work with NJM for Seminars & Roadshow

SUFFER announced that the company has signed a Letter of Intent with a UK based Distributor and is planning a roadshow promotion tour.
Joseph Lewis, President of Suffer, stated, "MMA fans in the UK have been ordering their products online via our website for quite some time. With this expansion of our distribution network we look forward to SUFFER being placed in retail storefronts throughout the UK. We have also been working with a promo company, NJM Promotions, to line up dates for Frank Mir to host Suffer Training Seminars and Product Tour."
Terms of the LOI call for Suffer to allow the UK based Manufacturer and Distributor the use of trademark rights related to Apparel and Fight Gear. Suffer would design the Apparel in the United States, but the actual manufacturing and distribution would take place in the UK. The company distributes various merchandise and product lines in approximately 500 European stores. Suffer retains a percentage of the Gross Sales Revenue, and would provide access to athletes such as Frank Mir, Robert Drysdale, and Fernando Vargas for promotional events.
Suffer also plans to edit its video commercials to be able to air Television ads in the UK.
Suffer Director Frank Mir stated, "Suffer as also been working with the promotional company, NJM Promotions, to line up dates in late July for Suffer Training Seminars and a Roadshow Product Tour. I will be hosting the Seminars and look forward to going over to the UK."
