With the launch of its first outlet on Bucharest's Magheru Boulevard on May 12, the Calzedonia brand marked its entry in to the Romanian market.
A local firm Futura Lenjerie, will manage this new outlet spread on an area of about 100 sq mts, and develop a franchise network for the brand in Romania.
As a part of its development plan for next two years, the brand proposes to first of all launch more outlets at well-known commercial locations in Bucharest, and in the next stage would target other mega cities in Romania.
Calzedonia, founded in Italy in 1987, is a clothing retailer that sells women's wear, men's wear and kids wear. The retailer has a network of more than 1,300 stores spread across the world in countries like Russia, Turkey, Austria, Portugal and England.
