Aero Tech Designs, a 25 year old cycling apparel manufacture company, has re-engineered the manufacturing process to produce bike shorts in the U.S.A. Their latest accomplishment, a 100% made in America cycling short, uses only resources made in U.S.A.
Aero Tech Designs is introducing its most recent product; the All-American Bike Short. Aero Tech Designs, is a cyclewear manufacturing company producing an All-American sourced and manufactured compression short. The company has assembled a group of domestic suppliers to provide all of the raw material components necessary to create this exciting new cycling short.
The avid cyclists at Aero Tech Designs recently re-engineered the manufacturing processes to produce bike shorts efficiently, that compete with foreign apparel products. This not only instills a sense of pride from within the company and its customers; it also contributes to local economies.
The All-American Bike Short is an anatomically designed compression short made from a six-way, stretchy compression fabric that is 77% Nylon and 23% Spandex. The compression from the fabric and panel design helps to reduce fatigue by supporting the movement of the flesh and increasing blood flow to the muscles during workouts.
The increased blood to the muscles means less lactic acid buildup, which leads to stronger workouts. The fabric is knitted domestically by Elastic Fabrics of America. The chamois pad is inspired by the best Italian designer pads but made in U.S.A. The All American Bike short is black with a flat-lock stitched red/white/blue design line.
Aero Tech Designs is located in downtown Coraopolis, a suburb of Pittsburgh, Pa. Made in the U.S.A. is an important part of their fitness apparel line and they have made a commitment to production in America.
