Under green operations, the report states that the company achieved 7 per cent reduction in carbon footprint, 11 per cent reduction in energy consumption, and 30 per cent reduction in fresh water consumption per garment in 2015.

While 39 per cent of total energy used was from renewable sources, 48 per cent of total water used was recycled water. The report also mentions that the company planted 1.7 million trees since 2007.

The company invested $18 million in people development, and 26,000 employees or 43 per cent of total workforce participated in development programmes last year.
