ThreadSol to bring fabric solutions to Thailand

ThreadSol, an enterprise material management provider for the sewn products industry, has announced that it will showcase its fabric cost-saving solutions at Garment Manufacturers Sourcing Expo 2017 (GFT), to be held in Bangkok from July 5-8. ThreadSol will demonstrate its complete range of solutions including IntelloBuy and IntelloCut at the expo.

ThreadSol's enterprise material management solutions can help apparel manufacturers save enormous material cost and realise major profits, in an industry that is heavily dependent upon economic priorities.

IntelloCut is a material planning and optimisation solution for the sewn products industry. With the help of its advanced algorithms, it provides the most optimised fabric usage plan for enhanced cutting and wastage reduction. IntelloBuy is a material estimation solution for garment manufacturers. ThreadSol’s second product, it enables accurate buying consumption for any style, saving millions in material cost at the fabric buying stage.

ThreadSol has partnered with several large manufacturers, including Crystal Martin Brandix, MAS and Hirdaramani in Sri Lanka; Urmi, Bimexco, Fakri and Epic in Bangladesh; PAN Brothers and Metro Group in Indonesia; Luenthai, Saitex, and Dewhirst in Vietnam and many more throughout the region. These leading-edge software solutions have helped them reduce their wastage to under 1 per cent. Keeping up with the latest technological innovations, ThreadSol is also using smartphone and tablet applications to seamlessly integrate processes with manufacturers.

Thailand’s apparel industry has enjoyed continual growth and success over the years. Owing to increased global trade activities, the apparel industry has contributed significantly to the country’s economic and social development.
