Tom Tailor CEO Dieter Holzer steps down with immediate effect

The chief executive officer of German apparel marketer Tom Tailor Holding, Dieter Holzer has resigned with immediate effect and has been replaced by management board member Dr Heiko Schäfer as the new interim CEO. Dieter Holzer led the growth of Tom Tailor Group for over 10 years and also got it listed on the German stock exchange during his term.
Dr Schäfer has served as the company's chief operating officer since December 2015 and has a strong track record in the management of cross-functional transformation projects. He will manage the company alongside chief financial officer Thomas Dressendörfer.
Additionally, Tom Tailor has nominated its chairman to the company's management board for a maximum period of one year. He will hold responsibility on an interim basis for issues related to products, sales and the collections.
