USA : UK firm accuses ABC Carpet of copyright breach

Rug Co., indicted ABC Carpet & Home, in a lawsuit of trying to pass three best-selling Rug Co. designs as its own, calling it "a type of theft" and has formally charged ABC under copyright infringement and unfair trade practices Act.
The Rug Co. is a high style, London-based carpet designer, whereas ABC Carpet & Home is one of the America's biggest carpet retailers based in New York.
