Board of Directors of Adani Enterprises has declared interim dividend of 45 percent on equity shares of Re1 each for the current financial year 2006-2007, at its meeting held Mar 17, 2007.
Adani Enterprises, earlier known as Adani Exports, is engaged in international trading and investment holding.
The business units of the company include energy group; agro group; metals group, and real estate group.
The product range includes textiles, which include denim, yarn, cotton grey, silk and printed fabric besides others.
