| BK Birla Group plans stake hike in Century Enka |

 The BK Birla Group plans to increase its stake in Century Enka Ltd from 25.23 percent to 31.39 percent through a preferential allotment of warrants.
Warrants totaling to 1.8 million will be issued by Century Enka to its promoter companies which includes Century Textiles and Industries Ltd, through a preferential allotment.
Century Enka will seek shareholder approval for the allotment of warrants which will have an option to be converted in to one share in 18 months.
