rap artist talib kweli (pictured) traveled to tanzania to film trippin along with cameron diaz, justin timberlake and jimmy fallon. diesel footwear sponsored the episode screening party on may 23.

trippin in tanzania, part 2 airs on mtv monday, may 30 at 10:30pm (est).

"i was really hesitant about being on a reality show but this was one of the best decisions i have ever made. it was my first time in the east african country and it was truly an adventure! i was enlightened on so many environmental issues that i should have known about," says kweli the brooklyn rap artist and community activist who's sophomore solo album, the beautiful struggle, debuted at no- 14 on the billboard top 200 album chart and has garnered national critical acclaim. talib kweli hits the road next month with the black eyed peas for a us tour.

trippin inspires cameron and her hollywood friends to think and act globally as they travel to unlikely getaways from chile to yellowstone, on a quest to safeguard the environment. no hotel. no pilates instructors. they pack their own bags and carry them into the wild!
