GAMA Textile Group strictly denies all allegations against its company and its management. GAMA Textile Group wants to point out strictly that it has never been directly or indirectly involved in any bankruptcy case, not in Autria nor elsewhere. The group of companies has taken up consultations with its la wy ers and considers legal steps against any defamation from media or anyone else.

GAMA Textile Group wants to make clear that its CEO never had been involved in any bancrupcy case in Austria or elsewhere. It is definitely wrong that Mr.

Manfred Baier, CEO of GAMA Textile Group, went bankrupt with a textile company , nor in 2003 , neither before or after . According to Austrian laws Mr. Manfred Baier could not be a CEO of a company if he had gone bankrupt any time during his career.

GAMA Textile Group wants to point out that Mr. Bernhard Maier is not an executive manager in GAMA Textile Group. During the talks in Malta he represented a part of the shareholders of GAMA Textile Group.

GAMA Textile Group considers legal action against any assault on the excellent reputation of GAMA Textile Group as a whole, any single company of GAMA Textile Group or its management. The company's lawyers were ordered to elaborate poss ible measures.
