IC Companys concludes sale of Mid Market division

As reported in the Company Announcement no. 6 of 27 March 2014 regarding the sale of the Mid Market division, IC Companys A/S has concluded the final closing of the sale of the four brands InWear, Matinique, Part Two and Soaked in Luxury as well as the store concept COMPANYS.
Pursuant to the agreement, the entire Mid Market division including all trademarks and commercial rights, employees and retail stores are transferred to DK Company A/S.
IC Companys will continue to provide services to DK Company during a transition period of six to twelve months as provided for in the concluded agreement.
As mentioned in the Company Announcement no. 6 published on 27 March 2014, the sale will not affect the Group’s outlook for the continuing operations for the financial year 2013/14.
