 MANGO is continuing to feature young faces from around the world for its new Autumn/Winter 09 catalogue.
Alongside Scarlett Johansson, who has recently been announced as the new image of the brand, MANGO counts with the collaboration of the London-born Daisy Lowe, the Americans Leigh Lezark and Riley Keough, and the French model Marie-Ange Casta, who have posed with the new designs we have produced for this season. The photo shoot was done by Mariano Vivanco, Txema Yeste and the duo made up of Bela Adler and Salvador Fresneda.
At their young age, this group of young models has featured in numerous campaigns and some are considered fashion icons in their countries of origin. This is the case with Daisy Lowe, the British model and daughter of the famous singer Pearl Lowe. Aged 20, she has featured on the front cover of ID magazine and has participated in the catwalks of Burberry, Vivienne Westwood and Chanel. She has also been a campaign model for Agent Provocateur, Marc by Marc Jacobs and Donna Karan, among others.
Riley Keough, aged 19, is the daughter of the singer Lisa Marie Presley. She began her modelling career when just 12, starring in a Tommy Hilfiger campaign. Recently, she has lent her image to the prestigious firm Christian Dior for the Miss Dior Cherie perfume campaign. She has also featured on the front cover of VOGUE, in which she appears alongside her mother, captured by the prestigious photographer, Annie Leibovitz. In addition to Leibovitz, photographers of the stature of Nick Knight, Mario Sorrenti and Peter Lindbergh have also captured her stunning facial features. She currently lives in L.A.
Leigh Lezark, born in New Jersey, lives in New York. A famous New York DJ, she is a member of the group The Misshapes, alongside Geordon Nichol and Grez Krelenstein. Her music has been heard at the major catwalks, such as House of Holland and Twenty8Twelve (the brand of the actress Sienna Miller), among others. Leigh Lezark has also taken her first steps as model, featuring in major campaigns and appearing on the catwalk for Henry Holland at London Fashion Week.
Marie-Ange Casta, the youngest, is starting her career as a model with MANGO. The sister of the famous Laetitia Casta, she has lived in Paris for several years and will begin her styling and fashion degree in the French capital in September.
