 The Board of Directors of VF Corporation, a global leader in branded lifestyle apparel, has elected Richard T. Carucci to serve as a director, effective today. Carucci is Chief Financial Officer for Yum! Brands, Inc.
Carucci, 52, has held a progression of leadership roles during his career with Yum! Brands, the world's largest restaurant company in terms of system restaurants. Yum! Brands operates more than 36,000 restaurants, including well-known brands such as KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, in more than 110 countries and territories.
Since joining Yum! Brands (previously named Tricon Global Restaurants) in 1997, he has held a series of finance and international roles prior to being appointed CFO in 2005. Prior to Yum! Brands' spin-off from PepsiCo in 1997, Carucci held a number of international finance positions during his 13-year tenure with the company, including roles which covered Australia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America,
