China-based Younger Group has been able to add global clothing brands and production bases to its portfolio, through strategic acquisitions.
Way back in November 2007, Younger Group and the US based Kellwood Company and its wholly owned subsidiary Kellwood Asia Limited had signed a tripartite "share purchase agreement", to acquire 100 percent of its subsidiary company New Horse.
Through this acquisition, Younger had gained 14 production bases of New Horse Group, which are distributed in Sri Lanka, the Philippines, Guangdong, Jilin and Shenzhen in China.
Alongside it also gained control of well-known garment brands like Polo and CalvinKlein. It also possesses licenses of five brands including Nautica, PerryEllis and others.
Alongside Younger has also acquired an excellent team with international brand management and design experience within a few years.
Currently the products of the group are available in hundreds of US garment retail and departmental stores. To keep the product flow smooth, it has also implemented a powerful logistics system at all levels.
