TCI bags 'Warehouse Service Provider of the Year' award

TCI - Supply Chain Solutions, the supply chain wing of India's leading integrated logistics and supply chain solutions provider, won the prestigious Warehouse Service Provider of the Year at the outstanding Indian Supply Chain & Logistics Excellence Awards 2012 on 8th February 2012.

The award was presented on the basis of the sizes and number of warehouses, modern warehouses with racking and material handling equipment, IT technology for processing and management with customer service at the core.

Mr. Jasjit Sethi, CEO, TCI Supply Chain Solutions accepted the award on behalf of TCI-SCS

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Jasjit Sethi, President & CEO, TCI Supply Chain Solutions elaborated

“We manage and operate over 9.1 million square feet spread over 80 large warehouses in several locations in India .....Including the largest in size category of 5, 00,000 sq ft. These warehouses are all equipped with state of the art warehousing equipments and technology in modern racked warehousing with the tallest being 50 ft high. Our integrated WMS (Warehouse Management System) has been designed so that the processes are defined specially for every activity to ensure accuracy of the inventory.

TCI-Supply Chain Solutions provides a single window provider of supply chain solutions from conceptualization and network design to implementation.” he further added.
