Through its partnership with i-parcel, Express.com now offers International Standard service at highly economical delivery pricing, with transit times of 6-9 days to most locations worldwide.  Costs include international processing fees, allowing for consumers to receive their shipments without additional charges due at delivery.  All shipments receive event based tracking, automatic compensation for lost or damaged orders and 24/7 customer service provided by i-parcel's customer service team.

Express will also be utilizing i-parcel's Cloud9 back end, which offers a suite of management tools for front facing customer experience, pricing and analytics.  Cloud9 is part of i-parcel's patent pending Cloud technology, which offers ecommerce merchants elegant and sophisticated localizing capabilities for foreign shoppers with a minimum of integration resources on the merchant side.
