On the afternoon of December 25, Human Resources Department of Feiyue Group sponsored a "Labor Contract Law" Courses in electronic center, workshop managers participated.
On June 29, the "Labor Contract Law" Voted by the 28th meeting of NPC Standing Committee will be implemented from January 1st,2008.
In order to thoroughly understand and accurately grasp the spirit and essence of all legal provisions of "Labor Contract Law", further enhance workshop managers' capability of acting and establish a harmonious labor relations, Human Resources Department organized workshop managers into all-round learning of establishment of labor contracts, labor contracts implementation and changes, the rights and obligations of both parties.
Ding Zhigang, manager of Human Resources Department will implement the "Labor Contract Law" Through a variety of channels to further improve labor discipline, rules and regulations, adhere to the people-centered and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers to actively develop harmonious labor relations, and eventually realize the win-win situation of enterprises and workers.
