Employees from Feiyue Group win DBA Degrees

A grand Graduation Ceremony was held by Nation University of USA on Dec.30 in the campus of Peking University. Two appointed employees from Feiyue Group won DBA Degrees, and another 7 got MBA Degrees, which meant Feiyue reached another great goal of training middle and senior administrative talents.
According to the chief of Human Resource Department, Feiyue regarded the investment of Human Resource as one of the most important program. As precious resource, outstanding talents were brought in, trained and utilized.
On the aspects of cultivating talents, Feiyue emphasized the combination of “Bringing in” and “Sending out”. In resent years, Feiyue specially thought more of “Sending out”, and a lot of excellent technical and administrative backbones, who were of great potentiality, were sent to colleges and scientific research institutions for further training, in order to improve their theoretical and practical skills.
One of the gainers of DBA Degrees, the general manager of Feiyue Import & Export Company Ltd, Mao Linyan said with deep feeling that Feiyue Group held an atmosphere of cherishing and appreciating talents, she personally was very grateful for the Group to provide such good learning opportunity, which made it possible for the incumbent administrative staffs like her to get postgraduate education, perfect knowledge structure, enhance personal qualities and strengthen the capacity to adapt the increasingly fierce professional competition. She's confident that she would apply what she had learned in the future career and contribute more to the development of the group.
