These sessions will unveil new ways to reach consumers in the technology-driven business world.

CRM (Customer relationship management) – This track will feature prominent CRM retail practitioners who will reflect on current challenges and future opportunities for business owners and managers in the CRM community.

Sticky Ideas – New to the fast track series, the sticky ideas track will cover the in-store experience, case studies that connect the brand and the customer and research that can help support a store's mark or take it in a new direction.
