Spurred by its keenness to foster the work environment and enhance cooperation and communication, the International Marketing Sector organized the annual luncheon for its employees.
Abdulatif Al Houti, the Managing Director International Marketing, said that the primary reason for holding the event was to celebrate achievements and spotlight future plans. The event presented the perfect forum to exchange points of view and discuss topics of mutual interest.
The Managing Director said that the year 2008 will see the following initiatives: extensive training and development programs for its staff, evaluation of work performance, assessment of shortcomings, and review of all applied procedures to facilitate work procedures.
