Import and export volume between China and South Korea reached US $159.9 billion in 2007, up 19.1 percent from the previous year, according to Chinese customs statistics.
Of these, China's exports stood at $56.14 billion, rise of 26.1 percent and imports were over $103.7 billion, representing growth of 15.6 percent.
China had a deficit of $47.6 billion, in regards to trade with the region, an increase of 5.2 percent as against 2006.
According to the Office of Korean customs statistics, Country's trade with China marked $145.03 billion in 2007, of which exports were $81.988 billion and imports were $63.043 billion, representing an increase of 22.8 percent, 18.03 percent and 29.8 percent, respectively.
