In December, a 6.4% year-on-year increase in industrial production was influenced by a rise in manufacturing by 8.2%.
Production did not reach the level of December 2006 in manufacture of leather and leather products by 17.5%, in manufacture of textiles and textile products by 5.7%.
Concerning the purpose of final use, the development rate was connected mostly with a rise in production of durable consumer goods by 41.1%, in investment goods by 15% and in production of intermediate goods by 0.2%. Production of nondurable consumer goods decreased by 4.2% and production related to energy by 1.5%.
Concerning the purpose of final use, production of durable consumer goods increased by 38%, investment goods by 34.7% and production of intermediate goods by 2.7%. Production related to energy decreased by 1.2% and nondurable consumer goods by 0.1%.
