TriGranit Development Corporation announced its commitment to invest in the development of Mozaica Shopping Center (“Mozaica”) in Moscow. Conveniently located at the intersection of the 3rd Transport Ring and Yuzhnoportovaya and Velozavodskaya streets, Mozaica will have a GBA of 134,000 and a GLA of 64,000 square meters.
The three-level shopping complex will feature a hypermarket, electronics stores, a 9-screen multiplex, a food court, a car parking with 2,500 vehicle places, and many other services attractive to Moscow's shopping public. The center will be easily accessible by car and by public transportation and will have a rapidly growing catchment area currently including 1.6 million people.
Mozaica will open its doors in Q4 2009. Quality of internal and external design and modern materials will distinguish the shopping center on the Moscow market among other projects without creating an overly luxurious image. US architects Altoon & Porter, who previously designed the very successful Atrium shopping center, developed the concept for Mozaica. Russian Spectrum Holding is performing the project design.
TriGranit's development partner is OST Group – a Moscow based development company with a wide expertise in pre-development, development and project management in the retail, office and residential real estate markets in Moscow and the regions.
