In response to demand from its human resources customers for affordable and easy-to-implement enterprise learning management functionality, Kronos Incorporated announced that it has formed a strategic relationship with Learn.com.

As a result of this agreement, Kronos now offers an interface from its Workforce HR application to Learn.com's LearnCenter platform for cost-effective, high-quality training and career development.

"By partnering with Learn.com, we're making it easy for our customers to have a fully integrated human resources and learning management solution with the functionality and ease-of-use they want at a price they can afford," said Jim Kizielewicz, chief marketing officer at Kronos Incorporated.

"We are committed to providing customers with extended functionality to not only automate and improve human resources administration, but to positively impact their business by ensuring that employees have the skills they need to effectively do their jobs."

Kronos' Workforce HR software enables organizations to consolidate their disparate human resources activities into one easy-to-use, comprehensive human resource software solution that can reduce administrative workload and improve the delivery of services, enhancing employee satisfaction. Workforce HR with the LearnCenter platform enables HR and employees to collaborate on career planning, training administration, and various other learning initiatives.
