NRF BIG Show lights up stage with Super Sessions

The National Retail Federation has lined up a stellar list of guest speakers to enlighten, educate and entertain attendees during its 98th Annual Convention and EXPO, which includes a one-of-a-kind DESiGN STUDiO, at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City January 11-14, 2009.

During the three-day event, guests will hear from retail executives, world-renowned authors and retailers' corporate partners about the issues retailers are currently facing in this economy, what it takes to be “green,” and global market trends. Embrace Global Mega Trends and Turn Shoppers Into Advocates
Sunday, January 11, 1:45 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.
Speaker: Martin Lindstrom, Author
The opening Super Session on Sunday will be renowned author Martin Lindstrom. Lindstrom's presentation will feature highlights from his latest book Buyology: Truth and Lies About Why We Buy. Lindstrom will also discuss the new rules for creating customer value, the need to deliver a superior customer experience and the demand for corporate social responsibility

Global Strategies for Multi-Channel Success
Sunday, January 11, 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Speakers: Laura Wade-Gery, CEO, Tesco.com and Direct; Tony Stockil, CEO, Javelin Group, Ltd.
