Nov '08
Italy and Vietnam established diplomatic relationship in the year 1973. Since then, the two countries have witnessed remarkable progresses and aim to strengthen it further.

Italian Trade Commission (ICE), the Italian Banks Association (ABI) and the Italian Confederation of Industry Associations (Confindustria), with the support of the Italian Ministry of Economic Development, the Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) has organized a 'Made In Italy' mission to promote trade and investment between Italy and Vietnam.

The event is scheduled to open today and will run till November 7.

The working program includes several events and two sessions of business meetings, one in Hanoi on November 5 and one in Ho Chi Minh City on November 7.

More than a hundred Italian companies from several major sectors are expected to participate in the fair, in order to find new business opportunities and investment partners.

It is expected that this event will be a very good occasion for the industry players to learn more about Italian market, meet with new potential counterparts and develop business activities.
