Safexpress wins brand allegiance award at India Loyalty Summit

Safexpress Pvt Ltd the leader in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Industry was conferred the 'Brand Loyalty Award in Logistics Sector' at the 2nd India Loyalty Summit 2009. The summit over the years has emerged as the single largest Brand and Customer Loyalty event in Asia. The event organized at the Taj Lands End in Mumbai hosted the best of the marketing brains in the country.
This year's agenda was to stimulate loyalty among brand's customer base with the power of the brand. Linkage between brand image and customer loyalty was one of the areas that was discussed during the forum. The conference was attended by the top notch industry honchos like Mr. Arvind Sharma, Chief Executive Officer & Chairman, Leo Burnett; Mr. Bipin Gurnani, CEO, Promart & President, Provogue Mr. Vinod Sawhny, President & COO, Bharti Retail Pvt. Ltd among others. The summit was marked by presence of world-renowned CRM Guru and acclaimed Author, Dr Paul Greenberg, who delivered a keynote speech and held a CRM Workshop at the Summit.
The two day long conference laid emphasis on the latest issues, developments and solutions for customer retention, workshops and panel discussions on CRM to optimize brand loyalty.
The 2nd Brand Loyalty Awards 2009, which recognizes the marketing efforts of the best brands across various sectors, was held on the first day of the summit. Safexpress was awarded the prestigious, 'Brand Loyalty Award in Logistics Sector' for its contribution towards building Safexpress as a global brand to reckon with in the logistics sector.
Speaking about being felicitated with the 'Brand Loyalty Award in Logistics Sector', Mr. Vineet Kanaujia, GM – Marketing said, “It is indeed a proud moment for everyone associated with brand Safexpress. With this award we are not only being honoured for our marketing efforts and innovative initiatives but are also being acknowledged for strongly establishing our 'Knowledge Leader' position in our customers' minds.
