The Ministry of Commerce announced that the Ministry has begun public consultation on proposed amendments of regulations in 3 temporary rules, such as; rules of anti-dumping price undertakings; rules of anti-dumping tax rebate and rules of new exporter review regarding anti-dumping.

Some experts speculate that the amendment may mean that the attitude of China's foreign trade will change from a passive response to taking the initiative while facing anti-dumping measures applied by other countries.

China will start to balance international trade relations by using anti-dumping tool; in the future and it will choose a relatively tough position in international trade to protect the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises.

It is learnt that in the first four months of this year, foreign enterprises filed more than 90 anti-dumping cases against China which has resulted in the country being subjected to the maximum anti-dumping litigation than any other country in the world.

Many Chinese enterprises have suffered losses. So far in July of this year alone, China's exports have suffered over ten anti-dumping lawsuits raised by foreign countries.
