ITPO to set up India Pavilion at World Expo in Shanghai

Considering the dates of various international leather fairs and other trade events, the Council propose to organize the participation of our member-exporters in the month of OCTOBER 2010.in this World Expo – Shanghai.
Taking into account the space cost payable to ITPO and cost of hiring fixtures / furniture, display accessories like shelves/racks/hanging rails/hangers, lights including electricity consumption charges , it is estimated that total cost of one company for one week duration of display will be about Rs.1.35 lakh.
Other organizational expenses including air travel and stay expenses of representatives of the exhibiting company have to be borne by the company.
In this background, the Council would like to seek the response of the member exporters of Finished Leather to take part in this Mega Event, which will facilitate meaningful interactions and establish business relations with the international visitors during this Show.
Hence interested member-exporters are therefore requested to confirm their participation to the Council along with payment of participation fee of Rs.1.35 lakh and also submit the company profile in the enclosed pro-forma.
These may please be sent to Council's H.O in Chennai or its Regional Offices in Delhi, Kanpur, Mumbai, Kolkata and Agra on or before 15th April 2010.
