At a G20 meeting of Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors held in Pusan, South Korea on June 4, the Governor of China's Central Bank, Zhou Xiao Chuan said that the EU debt crisis would not have much affect on China's exports.
Zhou Xiaochuan pointed out that there are many factors affecting Chinese economy and they will respond quickly to the EU's issues. Therefore, it is not necessary to worry too much at present.
The main topics of the meeting of G20 finance ministers and central bank governors was the debt crisis in Europe and the meeting did not separately discuss the issues of the Euro or the RMB.
The meeting of G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors held in Pusan, Korea on June 4-5 was a preparatory meeting for the summit to be held in Toronto on June 26 –27.
