Koovs joins hands with India's FLFL for creating platform

Koovs PLC, the London-listed and India-focused e-tailer that designs its products based in the United Kingdom, recently signed a $1.4-million technical services contract with India’s Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd (FLFL) of the Future Group. Koovs will develop Future Lifestyle's online platform Brand Factory and then host and maintain it for two years.
The agreement was signed through subsidiary Koovs Marketing Consulting Private Limited, according to British media reports.
The contract underlines the significant additional potential for growth that can be achieved by licencing our technology to third parties, said Koovs chief executive officer Mary Turner. (DS)
