Visitors up 10% at fashion trade show Momad Metropolis

Momad Metropolis, the international fashion trade show saw around 15,000 professional visitors at the recent edition, up 10 per cent over the February 2016 edition, of which, over 1,700 were international buyers. The show witnessed participation of 900 fashion and accessories brands, displaying their products on around 15,000 sq. metres of space.
The international buyers came from 56 countries with most buyers coming from Portugal, France and Italy. The show also saw rebound in buyers from Russia and Baltic republics.
Among local buyers, Momad Metropolis received them every region of Spain, although there was a significant increase in the number attending from the Basque Country, Murcia, the Canary Islands and Madrid. (AR)
