Laila Singh to flaunt label 'Social Butterfly' at LFW W/F

Jewellery Designer Laila Singh will make her debut at the Lakme Fashion Week Winter Festive 2014 with her feisty label Social Butterfly presenting her latest collection, "Flight of Fancy."

At the curtain raiser for LFW Winter Festive 2014, Laila Singh was present with her muse model Erika Packard, who looked stunning in the arm cuff and the exquisite draped chain earrings from the latest collection. The jewellery has been crafted using unconventional designs to capture the movement oriented essence of the feather and the glint of metal and glamour of semi precious stones to highlight the awe-inspiring ethos of the peacock.

Laila Singh's Social Butterfly, "Flight of Fancy" collection will be showcased on Wednesday, 20th August at 8.30 p.m at LFW. She hopes to bring to the discerning Indian fashionista a full fledged inspired showing of her unique designs.

Social Butterfly combines traditional techniques in contemporary aesthetic styles. This season, ‘The Flight of Fancy’ plays with the whimsical feather motif. The collection offers a unique blend of silhouettes and stones bringing together stylish notes of mesh and gold in geometrical shapes, colour block of semi-precious stones, statement neckpieces with an innovative drape chain, the knuckle rings are crafted in filigree designs with hand accessories such as the palm bracelet and the finger ring.

The collection displays a line of cuffs, earrings, neckpieces, hand chains and palm bracelets.
