Toronto based Coquette International Inc's President, Peter Horea, returned from Coquette's European Headquarters in München, Germany to report that Coquette has become the fastest growing intimates company in Europe.
His journey to meet with Udo Scholze, Business Manager at Coquette's European Headquarters, was a kind of celebration. The two met to discuss the growing demand for Coquette in Europe and also to rejoice in Coquette's expansion.
For Scholze, Coquette's new Headquarters in Germany, which recently celebrated its one year anniversary, has allowed for faster delivery and increased customer satisfaction. "The European market is seriously under serviced in terms of high quality lingerie," he stated. "Having all operations managed at new Headquarters in Germany has really opened the doors to so many new opportunities."
"Consider the increase in sales this year alone. They have grown considerably – their sales records indicate that we've grown 50% from last year's sales and over 300% from 2003. Looking at these increases in addition to customer-base, which has tripled over the past year, it is obvious that having a Headquarters in Europe has served us well," he stated.
Coquette also illustrates this growth in its expansion to include more sales representatives at its German Headquarters and new distributors to service other parts of Europe, including Zerlina Diffusion hired earlier this year to distribute in France and Orioli Designto serve Italy. "They have helped us bring Coquette to new areas in Europe and they have represented the Coquette brand well,” said Horea.
