Men's and women's clothes & shoes seller American Eagle Outfitters will hold its quarterly conference call to discuss second quarter earnings results on Tuesday, August 16, 2005, at 9:00 a.m.(ET).

The live call can be accessed by dialing (877) 601-0864 five to seven minutes prior to the 9:00 am scheduled start time. In addition, the live webcast of the call can be accessed at the Company's web site at www.ae.com or www.streetevents.com.
