Marzotto executes merger deed with Guabello

Textile industry leader Marzotto S.p.A informed that the company executed the merger of the wholly owned Guabello S.p.A. into Marzotto S.p.A

As the merger action has been filed with the Italian Company Register of Biella and Milan, pursuant to art.

2504 of the Italian Civil Code, the effects of the merger towards third parties will start on 1st January 2006, while the accounting and fiscal effects, pursuant to art. 2504 bis of the Italian Civil Code, will start from 1st January 2005.
