Kiran & Meghna display mix-match collection at WLFW

Mildly wintrie and slightly magpie, the collection this season is all about mixing and matching – odd separate teaming, off colour pairiongs and a luxe careless feel, retaining the handcrafted essence of the label.
Detailed block and screen prints is muted yet vibrant colour are complimented by graphic crafty texture and embroideries, somewhat leaning towards a tribal folk aesthetic.
There is an affinity towards tailoring; fluid silks receive structural assistance from crisp organza wool twills, heavy cottons and thick jacquards.
The layering of prints, textures and separates adds a dramatic flair, but the easy to wear pieces never lose their sense of calm.
