Fashion retailer Bonia forays into Saudi Arabia

Marketer and distributor of leather goods, footwear, apparel and accessories, Bonia Corp Bhd is planning to foray with at least 10 Bonia and Carlo Rino boutiques in Jeddah and Riyadh region in Saudi Arabia.
Group Managing Director, Albert Chiang, said they had worked continuously with Savola Group to find prime location where new Bonia boutique stands.
Total RM2 million has been spent on renovation and stocks to set up the boutique.
Boutique has a floor space of 2,529 square feet located with well-known brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Fendi.
Company will not restrict its expansion only to Saudi Arabia but also go to the Gulf region and the United Arab Emirates to tap enormous opportunities, said Albert Chiang.
