Givenchy ropes in Kendall Jenner for Fall-2014 campaign

French fashion house Givenchy has roped in teenage catwalk sensation Kendall Jenner to star in its latest Fall 2014 campaign.

Shot by the famous fashion photographer duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the advertorial image showcases the 18-year-old model posing in a glamorous animal print frock.

The dark somber looking advertisement picture also features some regular Givenchy faces including Jamie Bouchert, Mariacarla Boscono and Peter Brant II.

Designed by the brand’s 39-year-old creative director of Italian origin Ricardo Tisci, the new collection includes an array of vibrant fur and leather made pieces.

Jenner has expressed joy over her first-ever high-fashion campaign shoot on social networking platform Instagram by saying, “The @givenchyofficial campaign! thank you. YOU'RE AMAZING @riccardotisci17 @mertalas @macpiggott.”

The half sibling of the well-known Kardashian sisters, Kim, Kourtney and Khloe, has earlier walked on the ramp for fashion bigwigs like Marc Jacobs and Chanel.

Founded in 1952, headquartered in Paris, Givenchy specializes in both men’s and women’s ready-to-wear and haute couture clothing.
