Michael Kors appoints Jane Thompson as new member of BoD

Michael Kors Holdings Limited, a global luxury lifestyle brand, has appointed Jane Thompson as the new member to the Company’s Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Thompson has over 10 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, and technology. She is currently the co-founder and director of The Fusion Labs, a UK-based digital marketing and ecommerce company, which operates a network of niche ecommerce sites.
She also serves as the chairman of Mysinglefriend.com and as a director of Listcorp.com. Thompson previously worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company in London and holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
John Idol, the Company’s chairman and chief executive officer said, “Jane adds a wealth of valuable experience to our Board, particularly in the areas of ecommerce, social media, and digital marketing. We are delighted that Jane is joining our Board and we look forward to her insights and contributions as we continue to grow our brand globally.”
