Mulberry Neckwear & Henry Jacobson promote new President

Mulberry Neckwear LLC, a leader in the men's neckwear category, and Henry Jacobson LLC, a lifestyle menswear brand that markets men's sportswear, dress shirts, neckwear and clothing, announced today that Alan Burks has been named president of both companies.
Burks is a well-known executive in the men's fashion industry who has held top positions in management, merchandising and marketing.
"I am thrilled to have Alan join me as a partner in operating Mulberry Neckwear and Henry Jacobson," said Henry Jacobson, founder, chairman, CEO and chief creative officer of both companies. "Alan is a recognized leader in our industry. With his drive, focus and creativity we will take both Mulberry and Henry Jacobson to new levels in their respective business categories."
Burks, reporting directly to Jacobson at both companies, will be responsible for business strategy, marketing, sales, distribution, licensing, operations, finance and IT. Jacobson will continue to direct creative development of all product lines for both companies and focus on retail and licensor business relationships.
