The Mills Corporation, a leading developer and operator of innovative retail and entertainment destinations, and The Neiman Marcus Group announced today that Last Call from Neiman Marcus will open its first location in the San Jose area at Great Mall this fall.
The Last Call chain of clearance centers features a broad selection of designer merchandise, the majority of which comes from the Dallas-based retailer's 36 Neiman Marcus stores nationwide, online and catalog operations.
"Neiman Marcus has a longstanding relationship with the Bay Area community," said Wayne Hussey, senior vice president of properties and new store development for Neiman Marcus. "The positive customer responses we have received lead us to introduce this, our first Last Call in the San Jose market area. Our successful history with The Mills properties makes Great Mall a prime location for the Last Call customer."
"This is an incredible addition to Great Mall. It further enhances our unique retail offerings and strengthens our position as a premier shopping destination in the region," said Michael Fenley, general manager of Great Mall.
Including Great Mall, Neiman Marcus Last Call clearance centers can be found in nine Mills centers nationwide.
The Neiman Marcus Group, Inc. operations include the Specialty Retail Stores segment and the Direct Marketing segment. The Specialty Retail Stores segment consists primarily of Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman stores. The Direct Marketing segment conducts both print catalog and online operations under the Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman brand names.
