Menswear retailer Harry Rosen renovates Rideau Centre

Canada's best menswear retailer Harry Rosen Inc is proud to announce that it will renovate and expand its Ottawa location in the Rideau Centre just in time for the busy fall fashion season. The transformation is set to begin July 2006 and the store will remain open for business until the completion in September.

Plans for the store include expanding to over 15,000 square feet from the current space of just under 12,000 square feet. The main thrust of the renovation will focus on the addition of an official Hugo BOSS Shop-in-Shop, adjacent to the existing Harry Rosen store, with a dedicated entrance from the mall. As well, the clothing and sportswear departments in the store will be expanded to accommodate a greater merchandise selection.

"Our Rideau Centre store has served our nation's capital well for the past 23 years, with at least three previous renovations as the city continues to grow and prosper," notes Larry Rosen, CEO and Chairman of Harry Rosen Inc. "We are very excited about bringing world-class retail design to Ottawa and I'm confident that our customers will embrace the new and expanded store whole-heartedly."

The re-birth of this store will unveil pristine European design and materials, expanded floor space, and a greater selection of the finest labels in the fashion world for men, including Canali, Burberry, Armani Collezioni and Ermenegildo Zegna. Customers can expect a more fashion forward atmosphere and dynamic displays showing thevery best of what Harry Rosen, Rideau Centre has to offer.
