Timberland appoints PBS Realty Advisors as exclusive national agent

PBS Realty Advisors LLC (PBS Realty) announced that they have been appointed by Timberland Retail Inc as national exclusive agent to identify new locations for its specialty retail stores.

Laura Pomerantz and Betty Ende of PBS Realty have been appointed to develop customized real estate strategies that support the brand's growth initiatives.

Timberland, a global leader in premium footwear, apparel and accessories for the outdoors, plans to expand its US specialty retail store base, initially focusing on the Tri-State area and North East region. It is looking to expand its presence in the greater New York metropolitan area, with specific near-term plans for new locations in New York City. It currently has 21 specialty retail stores in the US.

"Retail is an important part of our multi-channel global growth strategy. We are pleased to be working with PBS for our US specialty retail expansion plans," said John Pazzani, VP and GM of Timberland retail and e-commerce.

PBS Realty Advisors is also the exclusive national real estate representative for international retailers including Giorgio Armani, David Yurman, Stuart Weitzman, Ted Baker, Levenger, Petite Bateau, and Tory Burch. It represents Abercrombie & Fitch in the New York market as well.
