Pearl Global to hold Board meeting on June 18

Pearl Global Limited is to inform you that the Board Meeting of the Company has been convened on Tuesday, the 18th day of July, 2006, at 12:30 p.m. at the Corporate Office of the Company, 446, Udyog Vihar, Phase V, Gurgaon, Haryana -122016, for considering following agenda items: (a) Renewal of appointment of Mr. Pulkit Seth, Managing Director, from 1st August, 2006 to 31st July 2008, and increase in remuneration thereof, subject to approval of the shareholders, (b) Appointment of Mr. Sanjay Pershad, Director of the Company as Whole Time Director w.e.f. 1st August 2006 to 31st July 2009, and payment of remuneration thereof, subject to approval of the shareholders, (c) Such other items as may be placed before the Board.

Pearl Global Limited has made a niche for itself with various schemes as their contribution to the cause of social development of Delhi in particular and the country at large.

The company has set up Pearl Academy of Fashion, one of the premium institutes in the country, which teaches the students fashion design and manufacturing technology. The company also operates a school by the name of 'Little Pearls' which is much sought after school in Delhi.
