Polish shoe distributor Ambra with 150 outlets all over Poland is contemplating to double the number of its shops within next three years, through the funds raised on the stock exchange.
The company which sells shoes produced in Poland, Italy, Portugal and China, plans to dominate the market with 300 shops outlets in towns with over 40,000 people.
This year alone 20 shops will be launched by the company, which already has 74 shops, 39 franchise ones and 92 partner outlets.
Though indications are that the funds for expansion may be raised on the stock exchange, the rival companies are skeptical about the move.
Founded in 1989, the company is owned and headed by Grzegorz Ambroziak.
