Grand Slam Wear will participate in a new advertising trial in September that uses audio-mentions of its products on various phone services operated by Tego Networks, LLC.
The dial-in phone services that target consumers, such as Party Line Connect and Safe Phone Calls, will first provide callers with an audio ad at the recorded voice greeting for Grand Slam Wear's authentic sports bracelets and the web address to go for more information.
"We use the Google AdWords program to reach consumers and this is the same type model to advertise," said Shari Horowitz, president of Grand Slam Wear. It's innovative and relatively inexpensive to reach our prospective customers this way," she added.
Tego Networks, the operater of the free dial in phone services, will roll out various features of the new advertising platform in stages, including content-relevant keyword searches and audio ad matching, for instance, that will be integrated to party lines for like-minded people to gather. "Inserting an audio advertisment at the voice greeting for people who are about to enter a party to discuss sports is the type of tailored advertising we like," said Horowitz.
Grand Slam Wear LLC creates designs, and markets unique and stylish sports apparel and accessories. The company's flagship product, the Baseball Bracelet, has been enthusiastically received in the marketplace due to its style that appeals to adults and teens, and its authenticity, quality workmanship, durability, and good price.
