Saigon Factory Outlet Mall to be unveiled in December

Saigon Factory Outlet Mall is built with an investment of $30 million and will be opened in December 2006 in Di An district in Binh Duong province, informed director of the mall's Nguyen Thi Van Anh.
This mall will be established in an area of 3 hectors of which 1.5 will be allocated to build shops and rest would be for roads and infrastructure.
In this mall around 200 retail outlets of different sectors such as consumer electronics, food court, fashion and home furnishing will be developed.
Mall will provide a unique platform to the domestic manufacturers to showcase and sell their products to large scale of customers without any intermediaries.
The average cost of leasing space in the mall would range from $12 to $22 per square metre per month while some key areas rent will be somewhat higher than $25 per square metre.
This mall will serve as one stop shopping experience with better quality and reasonable prices, Nguyen Thi Van Anh stated.
