Overgate boasts 6 new retailers

While leasing is tough for many shopping centres, it comes easily to Overgate in Tayside, which has recently signed six new retailers, giving a boost to the centre's extensive retail offering.
The retailers who have all taken leases at Overgate are Bank, Passion for Perfume, 3store, Junior Station, Ugly Duckling and Café Buongiorno.
Overgate is the first Scottish location for mobile phone retailer 3store ahead of Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Opened on 21 September, Bank, the high fashion retailer offers leading and emerging brands like Bench, Hooch, Duck and Cover and Miss Sixty.
Passion for Perfume, which will sell well known fragrances, is due to open later this year.
Junior Station also unveiled in September, adding to Overgate's family offer with designer kids' clothing.
Overgate supports local businesses with the opening of a new beauty concept salon, Ugly Duckling and Mediterranean bistro, Café Buongiorno.
With this leasing, Overgate is emerging as one of Scotland's premier destinations for fashion retail.
